A name or location entered in a search tool is sent directly to the outside provider that operates that tool. The provider processes the request and supplies its result. Levy County Criminal History does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems.

Levy County Criminal History does not host, compile, or sell a personal criminal-record database. It identifies official access routes maintained by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Levy County Clerk, Florida Department of Law Enforcement, and FDLE Florida Sexual Offender and Predator Public Registry. This private site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and it does not turn visitor information into reports about other people.

Independent companies power the search boxes. Information submitted there is governed by the selected provider's privacy policy rather than this policy. Each provider chooses its own retention, security, and disclosure practices. Read those terms before sending a query.
Links to Other Websites
Links lead to sheriff pages, court portals, Florida agencies, legal resources, and outside search tools. Once a visitor follows one, the destination's privacy terms govern. Review them before providing personal information.
Advertising providers may use activity across websites to select targeted ads. That tracking occurs through the provider's systems and controls.
