Requests for official Levy County criminal records belong with the government office that made or maintains the document. The contacts below route court files to the Clerk, sheriff and detention material to the Levy County Sheriff's Office, and statewide histories to FDLE. This privately operated resource cannot retrieve, change, or certify a government record.

This Is Not a Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull criminal records, run official background checks, remove or correct a record, or accept expungement filings for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the right government office directly.

Use the custodian tied to the record:

  • Court case files: use the Levy County court case lookup or contact the Levy County Clerk at 355 South Court Street, Bronson, Florida 32621, (352) 486-5266, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Criminal histories and official checks: contact the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, Division of Criminal Justice Information Services
  • Arrest, booking, jail, and sheriff reports: contact the Levy County Sheriff's Office at 9150 NE 80th Avenue, Bronson, Florida 32621; administration is (352) 486-5111 and Detention is (352) 486-5121
  • Police reports and incident records: contact the agency that wrote the report
  • Expunction and sealing: begin with FDLE eligibility procedures, then file required court papers with the Clerk

The sheriff and Clerk are separate custodians. Send incident, arrest, and detention requests to LCSO; send filed charges, docket entries, and dispositions to the Levy County Clerk.
